Health and Hygiene

Teaching kids good hygiene is necessary in order for them to be healthy and feel confident!

Good personal hygiene will prevent us from getting colds, respiratory illnesses such as the flu, bad breath and body odour. Help your children practice good personal hygiene habits by creating a daily routine that include these 5 basics:

  1. Washing hands when hands are dirty, after sneezing or coughing, after eating or preparing food, after contact with raw meats, after touching animals or after using the toilet/bathroom
  2. Covering their nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
  3. Having showers or baths regularly
  4. Brushing and flossing their teeth
  5. Combing their hair
